iEMERGITEK is our platform for delivering BLS, ACLS, and PALS training and certification for individuals. Individuals complete an online AHA® training course and then come to our location to practice and verify skills on the RQI® Voice Assisted Manikin (VAM).

 

weEMERGITEK is our platform for delivering BLS, ACLS and PALS training and certification to teams of 5 or more. Team members complete an online AHA training course and then practice and verify skills on our mobile RQI-P GO® station. Our Go station is mobile and designed to bring on site for businesses.

Part 1 is the AHA® online training. If you purchase a Complete package from EMERGITEK, this portion of the course is provided. If you purchase a “Skills-only” package you will need to obtain and complete this portion prior to participating in an EMERGITEK skills session.

Part 2 is the Skills Verification portion of the process. With EMERGITEK, you will complete the skills practice and verification on our Voice Assisted Manikin.

Part 3 is issuance of an AHA® eCard upon the completion of your course. All packages offered by EMERGITEK come with AHA® eCard upon completion of training.

When you purchase a “Complete” course you will be provided access to the associated online AHA® course (Part 1), a skill practice and verification session on our RQI Voice Assisted Manikin (Part 2), and issued an official AHA® eCard (Part 3) upon completion of training.

When you purchase a “Skills Only” course, you must have completed the AHA Heartcode® course on your own and provide proof of completion in order to participate in our skills only package.

You have up to 60 days to complete your skills session upon completion of the AHA Heartcode® course.

All AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification cards are valid for 2 years.

If you lose your card, you may login to your AHA® account and access an electron version of your card that you can email, download, and print

To reschedule an individual Skills Session at an EMERGITEK Skills Site, please email admin@emergitek.com with your request. Reschedules can be request up to the time of the scheduled appointment.

A reschedule fee of $25 will apply to all reschedules unless ‘Scheduling Insurance’ was purchased at the time of checkout. See Scheduling insurance provision on the FAQ page for additional information.

Scheduling insurance is a service provided for individual clients as protection against missed skills appointments at an EMERGITEK Skills Site. In case you are unable to make your skills session appointment, reschedule insurance allows for up to 3 reschedules with no additional fees.

Reschedules can be made anytime up to the appointment time. Scheduling insurance does not apply to ‘Teams’ registrations.

Since unique licensed course keys are automatically issued upon purchase, no refunds are made for purchased courses. For skills rescheduling, we have several options.

Clients may choose to purchase reschedule insurance for $10, or pay a reschedule fee of $25 for a missed skills session.

For individuals, you will receive a receipt in your confirmation email. You may present this receipt to your employer for training reimbursement, however EMERGITEK does not provide direct billing. 

The laminated card option is provided for those that wish to maintain a physical certification card. The card is printed, laminated, and mailed to the client. Wether purchasing a laminated card or not, all students have access to their eCard upon completion of training.

The EMERGITEK Chico Skills Station is located at: 75 Declaration Drive #6 Chico, CA 95973. The office is located in the Philadelphia Square Complex.

EMERGITEK services Teams throughout Northern California. Individuals can purchase our course from anywhere, however skill verification must be completed at our Chico site located at 75 Declaration Drive #6 Chico, CA 95973.

For individuals visiting our EMERGITEK Skills Site, upon purchase, you will be issued a door code. This door code is unique to your purchase and allows you access to the EMERGITEK Skills Station. You code will work for your appointed time only.

The EMERGITEK skills site operates autonomously; an instructor will not be present during your session. If you have questions or concerns before, during or after your session, you can contact an EMERGITEK representative at (833) 363-7485 or by email at admin@emergitek.com

To register your team, visit the ‘Teams‘ page on EMERGITEK.com. Select ‘Register Now’ and fill out the form. An EMERGITEK representative will contact you within 24 hours and finalize the date, time and other details for you. For payment, all fees are due at the time of scheduling.

We strive to make our platform as available and flexible as possible. Select your requested dates on the registration form and we will make every effort to deliver your training as requested.

Whether your team members require BLS, ACLS or PALS, or a combination or all, EMERGITEK can customize your package to meet your needs.

For teams of less than 5, we encourage people to individually enroll in an iEMERGITEK course. iEMERGITEK provides individual checkout and self-scheduling to make the process effortless.

For our ‘Teams’ clients, reschedules can be accommodated with at least 48 hours notice prior to the scheduled start time. Clients can reschedule up to three times without charge.

Reschedules less than 48 hours will incur a $150 fee. After the third reschedule, all course fees will be forfeited. 

Although we will make every attempt to reschedule to you choice of dates and times, rescheduling is subject to availability.

When Utilizing the AHA Heartcode® curriculum and the RQI® Voice Assisted Manikin (VAM), the hands-on Megacode is no longer required.
